< Cooking With Cannabis


Overview

Cannabis-infused edibles can be so much more than brownies and candy. You can infuse cannabis into your favorite healthy snacks, baked goods, and meals. Cannabis has amazing day-to-day healing and recovery properties and is a natural remedy for people suffering from sleep issues, stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and inflammation. 

Cooking with cannabis can be a very intimidating topic, this class will help you demystify it all and show you how to create health-focused (CBD dominant) or recreational (THC dominant) infusion recipes. Guests will be given an overview of cannabis, how oil and butters are infused, how to properly dose, and how to incorporate into healthy recipes. We will be cooking both non-cannabis (to be enjoyed in class) and cannabis-infused (take home), everything on the menu will be gluten free and vegetarian. Each class is three hours, 2-8 people per class.

NOTE: This is an introductory class, there are separate more in-depth classes on butter infusion, oil infusion, topicals, transdermals, and even cultivating cannabis.
