  • Y-Peeler

  • Bench/Bowl Scrape - This one is simple plastic like we used in class. Here’s another, slightly more fancy one

  • Grapeseed Oil Spray - This is the one I use, but the photo shows the old packaging style

  • Shelf liner - Something like this is great to keep your cutting board in place. It’s washable and reusable!

  • Garlic Peeler - This is another little fun tool that makes peeling garlic a cinch!

  • Honing Steel - An easy way to keep your knife edge trued in between sharpenings

  • Avocado Tool - An engineering feat! (Sorry, Gordon)

  • Whetstone - This one is the same grit I use (400/1000), the coarser 400 grit allows for a true grinding to the edge and the finer grit does more polishing work. This one also comes with an angle guide to help you achieve the correct angle for your blade!

  • Etsy Decals - Here’s our Gorilla and the Banksy

  • Bagels! - This is the spot I mentioned. I don’t know if they have pumpernickel and they have some weird flavors like chocolate chip and french toast that I wouldn’t consider fitting the bill, but their salt bagel was wonderful! They also have bialys and Taylor ham which gives them some additional credibility.
