< Gluten Free & Vegan Baking


There are few things in life better than the smell of baked goods fresh out of the oven. In this class, we will tackle some of our favorite desserts and make healthier yet equally delicious versions! This is a hands-on group cooking class in which guests will learn about making gluten free, vegan and healthful substitutes in baking. We will have lots of goodies to sample and take away at the end of class.  Everyone will participate in creating each item on the menu which is gluten free and vegan (there will be non-vegan recipes shared too). Each class is 3 hours with 2-8 people.

Class Schedule

  • Thursday @ 6pm, Friday @ 6pm, and Saturday @ 3pm

  • Minimum 2 people/reservations for class to be activated and added to calendar

  • Private Class? Email us if you have a group of 4+, we’ll create customized agenda, day, time, etc.

Level 1 

  • No prior cooking experience is necessary

  • All cooking lessons and kitchen fundamentals are included

  • Learn simple and fun recipes with traditional and emerging cooking techniques

  • Chef primer including skills demo, sanitation, safety and mise en place

  • Introduction to gluten free and vegan fundamentals

  • Hand-on cooking sessions including prep, demonstration, cooking and presentation
