Gluten Free & Vegetarian Italian
Going gluten free doesn’t mean having to saying goodbye to all your favorite Italian meals. In this hands-on cooking class, we explore naturally gluten free Italian dishes as well as creating a delicious gluten free pasta. Guests will learn about making high quality substitutes and using creative alternatives to accommodate these types of dietary restrictions. Everyone will participate in creating each item on the menu which is gluten free and vegetarian.
