This chef lesson will help home chefs to infuse their pantry and refrigerator with all the fundamental healthy ingredients to cook with wellness in mind.
- Pantry: Flours (including GF), Sweetener Substitutes, Grains, Beans, Canned Veggies, Nuts, Seeds, Spices, Pastas, Packaged Foods, etc.
- Refrigerator: Condiments, Non-Dairy Milks, Packaged Foods, Nut Butters, Tortillas, etc
We'll go through all the important elements to have on-hand, the best place to source ingredients, and how to best store and preserve.
